A mock demo for planning and permit teams
Lodge it. Track it. Decide it.
A plain permit application flow on simulated data: an applicant lodges and gets a tracking reference, officers work a queue with ageing and target times, and everyone can see the status and timeline of every case.
All data on this site is simulated.
Take the headline apart
Same 320 simulated applications, two very different views.
Try it: one number, or where every application stands?
“320 applications” does not tell an applicant where theirs is, or an officer which ones are waiting.
What it shows
Lodge with the right inputs
A form with required fields and a document checklist per application type. Missing items are flagged before submission, not after.
A reference and plain status
Every application gets a tracking reference. Status reads in plain words: submitted, in review, information requested, approved or rejected.
Case timeline
Each case keeps a dated history: who did what, what was asked for, what was received and the reason for the decision.
Queue and ageing dashboard
One screen for officers: queue by desk, age buckets, cases past target and information requests that have stalled.
Three steps, one record
Step 1
Lodge
The applicant completes required fields and attaches the documents the application type needs, then receives a reference.
Step 2
Track
Status moves from submitted to in review, with a clear information-requested state when the applicant is needed.
Step 3
Decide
The officer approves or rejects with a reason, and the case timeline keeps the whole story in one place.
What this demo is, and is not
It is a clickable sketch of a lodge, track and decide flow on 320 invented applications, with 5 statuses. It does not include map or GIS lookups, referrals to other agencies, payments, digital identity sign-in or any connection to an existing system. Attached files are simulated and nothing is stored.
